Locks of Hope Charity Fun Run 2014

Still remember that back in April this year, I did uploaded a post on a hair donation campaign by Locks of Hope where a local platform is being created allowing Malaysian to donate their hair for the making of wigs to help ease the suffering of those cancer patients who went through the chemotherapy? No? Then you better check it out over HERE reason being what I'm going to share in today's post is also part of the campaign.

Locks of Hope Charity Fun Run 2014 with a theme "Run with Wig, Run for Cancer" is also brought to you by MMIS Professional Hair Care in collaboration with its partners National Cancer Society of Malaysia ("NCSM") and Amber Chia Academy.

Just for your information, initially this event was scheduled to be held on 22nd of June but mainly due to some other arrangement by DBKL, it was then postponed to 19 October 2014, Sunday. And also due to this changes, it is now still open for registration.  So, for those of you who have missed out the deadline for registration earlier, you can now still participate.

And for those of you who only came to know about this meaningful fun run and is interested to participate, just follow below steps to register yourself. 

1.  Print out this Registration Form and complete it with your particulars accordingly.

2.  Make the payment via below mode of payment.

Amount:  RM25.00/Participants

Bank:  AmBank 

3. Email the entry form together with your payment confirmation/bank-in slip to  info@locksofhope.org and mark this date down in your calendar - 19 OCTOBER 2014.

For the t-shirt size, you can actually refer to the following table.

Participants will be entitled to:

• Running T-shirt
• Running Bib
• Goodies Bag
• Finishing Medal 

There are also other activities being held in conjunction of this fun run on the event day like Charity Carnival with items for sales to raise fund, Charity Hair Cut by Philocaly Professional Hair Stylist and Lucky Draw up to 50 attractive prizes to be won.

If you don't want to miss this out for the second time, then hurry up submit your entry form before the deadline on 12 October 2014.
